You must contact us beforehand to ensure that items are available to collect from our shop and if this is not the case, we will ensure that items are brought to our shop ready for you to collect within a reasonable time. Help can be available on site to load items in your vehicle but please advise us if this is a requirement.

Delivery

Once checkout is complete, we will contact you to confirm stock levels and to arrange delivery. You will be required to provide your full delivery address as well as telephone numbers so we can easily reach you on the day of the delivery. Please also ensure that any pertinent delivery access information is also provided to avoid delays in reaching your address. Local deliveries are usually on Tuesdays and Fridays (subject to change) and are usually done between 9.30am – 5pm. We will do our best to arrange the most convenient delivery time for you, bearing in mind our delivery team’s schedule and what items are being delivered. We can give you an estimated time of delivery on the day itself for your convenience. Pallet deliveries are Mondays-Fridays between 9am-5pm. As pallet deliveries are subcontracted, it is not possible to offer a time of delivery and someone must be available at the address during those hours to receive the delivery.

Delivery Day

Local Deliveries via Man & Van - On the day of your expected delivery, please ensure someone is at the delivery address to meet our drivers as a missed delivery will incur charges. Our delivery team will put items where you wish as long as there is reasonable access to the chosen location. In the event of restricted access, our drivers will leave the goods at the nearest convenient point for the customer. Please ensure that flooring and carpets are covered to avoid damage as we will not accept responsibility of damage to your property. For health and safety reasons, our delivery team will not remove footwear to move items in your house. As some items are delivered disassembled to facilitate delivery, they may come in several packages therefore reasonable space must be provided. We will gladly assemble items on site for you for an extra charge and this must be arranged with us beforehand. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Pallet Deliveries - Items will be delivered curbside only and it is the customer’s responsibility to have help on site to carry the items in the house. Once you have accepted the delivery from the driver, we advise that you sign the delivery note as “Items Unchecked” as otherwise you are signing to say that you have checked that items are not damaged and in perfect condition.

Damaged/Faulty Items

You must report damaged or faulty items immediately upon reception and we will ensure that a replacement is provided in a reasonable amount of time. Photographic evidence must be sent to us with a detailed description of the damage or fault. Our delivery policy is subject to change without notice – please contact us for up to date information.
