Understanding Your Mattress Warranty

Important: Your warranty is immediately voided if the mattress has any stains, soiling, or liquid damage. This policy is standard across the mattress industry for the following key reasons.

Why Stains Void Your Warranty

  • Health and Safety Regulations

    • For hygiene reasons, our staff cannot inspect, repair, or replace any mattress that shows evidence of stains from bodily fluids, food, drinks, or other substances. This is in line with national health and safety laws.

  • Inability to Inspect for Defects

    • Liquids and moisture can seep into the mattress and damage its internal structure, including the foam and springs.

    • Once a mattress is stained, it becomes impossible to determine if a reported fault is a manufacturing defect or if it was caused by the spill.

How to Keep Your Warranty Valid

To ensure your warranty remains active, you are responsible for keeping the mattress in a clean and sanitary condition.

  • Always Use a Waterproof Protector

    • This is the most effective way to protect your mattress from accidents and is often required to keep your warranty valid.

  • Keep it Clean

    • Protect the mattress from all liquids, food, and other contaminants.

  • Ensure a Dry Environment

    • Use and store your mattress in a dry, well-ventilated room as outlined in the care guide.

Please Note: Under no circumstances will warranty claims be processed for mattresses that are stained, soiled, or damaged by liquids.
