Click 'n' Collect your furniture:
Customers can click and collect their furniture orders at any time to suit, many items are made to order, we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect. We also offer a local delivery service from £30 per order, our 'white glove' delivery service covers Torquay, Brixham, Paignton, and surrounding areas.

Please check with our store for lead times before ordering online. 

Items purchased on the website can be collected from our shop in Torquay at no extra charge. You must contact us beforehand to ensure that items are available to collect from our shop and if this is not the case, we will ensure that items are brought to our shop ready for you to collect within a reasonable time. Help can be available on-site to load items in your vehicle but please advise us if this is a requirement.

DELIVERY 
Once the checkout is complete, we will contact you to confirm the order and arrange delivery. You will be required to provide your full delivery address as well as telephone numbers so we can easily reach you on the day of the delivery.

Please also ensure that any pertinent delivery access information is also provided to avoid delays in reaching your address. Local deliveries are usually on Tuesdays (subject to change) and are usually done between 9.30 am – 5 pm. We will do our best to arrange the most convenient delivery time for you, bearing in mind our delivery team’s schedule and what items are being delivered.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
You must report damaged or faulty items immediately upon reception and we will ensure that a replacement is provided in a reasonable amount of time. Photographic evidence must be sent to us with a detailed description of the damage or fault. Our delivery policy is subject to change without notice – please contact us for up-to-date information.
